Hospitality for symposiums, conferences, corporate events and parties and trade fairs

Messe Augsburg and our experienced catering partners will ensure that organizers, exhibitors and guests enjoy some fine and hearty hospitality. Various catering solutions are available depending on your requirements.

We have kitchens for food preparation available throughout the site, so you can either install restaurant areas or various, smaller serving points to provide hospitality for your guests all over the Messe Augsburg site.

The kitchens and catering areas are managed exclusively by Messe Augsburg's professional catering service partner, so that you, the organizer, can relax and enjoy the trade fair.

We and our partner are available to provide an individual service tailored to your wishes and requirements.

Hall 1 (Schwabenhalle) with kitchen and hospitality area

The foyer for Hall 1 has a fully equipped kitchen with hospitality section in front of it. The restaurant area seats just under 100 people at 16 tables each with 6 chairs.

The restaurant area can also be extended into the foyer if required. Bar tables can be provided as an alternative or additionally, e.g. for coffee breaks or informal get-togethers.

The foyer can be used (partially or fully) for this purpose and also the gallery if required.

Hall 3 also has a fully equipped kitchen to provide hospitality for your guests. The hospitality area can be separated from the events in the hall by a glass partition wall. When closed, the area can accommodate 23 tables each with 6 chairs for around 140 guests.

The glass partition wall can be opened to extend the restaurant area to scale the catering accordingly.

While guests are catered for on the ground floor, employees of exhibiting companies can use a separate restaurant section on the upper floor to ensure reduced waiting times.

Kitchen facilities are available in Hall 6 which can be equipped by our service partner accordingly if required. Combined with spacious preparation and storage areas, you have everything you need to provide excellent catering for your guests.

For example, 20 tables each with 6 chairs can seat 120 people. However, bar tables can also be set up for coffee breaks, informal greetings or get-together events. Bewirtungsfläche der Halle 6

You can also use a snack ‘container’ to provide hospitality for your guests in the green area in the outdoor exhibition grounds. The container can serve simple meals and beverages, snacks, etc. 20 beer tent sets can be set up on the lawn which is surrounded by a hedge. It can accommodate 200 guests. In sunny weather, large parasols provide some welcome shade.

Catering areas can be created throughout Outdoor exhibition grounds, with catering provided by mobile snack containers, food trucks, etc.
