With the concert series “The World of Hans Zimmer,” multi–Academy Award® and Grammy Award winner Hans Zimmer has created live experiences that guide fans around the world through his film music in a highly personal and impressive way. As musical director and curator, the master himself is largely responsible for the “World of Hans Zimmer” productions, even when he is not personally appearing on stage.
“The Immersive Symphony” is the latest addition to the internationally acclaimed concert series. Following its enthusiastically received world premiere in January 2025 at the Metronom Theater in Oberhausen, this new show highlight is finally going on tour this spring.
Outstanding soloists from Zimmer’s own talent pool, together with the Odesa Orchestra & Friends, bring Zimmer’s world-famous melodies from films such as “Dune,” “Inception,” “The Lion King,” and “Gladiator” to life, delivering countless goosebump moments. Captivating lighting design, breathtaking visual effects, and the unmistakably original Hans Zimmer soundscape draw audiences in and make them an integral part of this magical concert atmosphere.
This spring, fans of Hans Zimmer’s music have a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in this multifaceted and magical world and experience the musical genius of the legendary composer like never before.
Since the first concert tour, “The World of Hans Zimmer – A Symphonic Celebration,” premiered in Germany in 2018, the internationally celebrated concert series “The World of Hans Zimmer” has grown to date, attracting a total of 1.2 million spectators worldwide.
The new album “The World of Hans Zimmer – Part II ‘A New Dimension’” was released at the end of January 2025 via Sony Music Classical.
