We offer you 7 exhibition halls, arranged in a square for easy orientation, naturally barrier-free and covered. All halls have access to the central 10,000 m² outdoor area with catering facilities. Our conference centre, with its own entrance area and 16 conference or office rooms, is integrated into the circuit. Our halls offer space for B2B and / or B2C trade fairs with accompanying side events such as congresses, conferences, forums and concerts. We offer four different and self-sufficient entrance scenarios that allow us to organise independent events at the same time.
Example 1: Your trade fair in Hall 1 with its own entrance foyer (incl. cloakrooms, catering area, sanitary facilities) with access to the trade fair forecourt and car parks. Direct hall connection to Halls 2 and 3 with the rest of the grounds as well as direct access to the conference centre for accompanying events. Special features: Hall 1 can be variably divided into different areas / sizes, has a retractable telescopic grandstand and is not affected by daylight.
Example 2: Your trade fair in Hall 5 with its own entrance hall (Hall 6 incl. cloakrooms, catering area, sanitary facilities) with access to the car parks. Direct hall connection to Halls 7, 4 and 3 with the rest of the site. Special features: Modern, pillar-free hall with low energy consumption thanks to energy-saving construction, daylight via ribbon windows, can be fully darkened using blinds.
Example 3: Your trade fair on our north site, e.g. in Hall 3 with an entrance foyer (cloakrooms, catering area, sanitary facilities) and a separate car park area. Direct hall connection to Halls 4 and 5 as well as Halls 2 and 1 with the rest of the site. Special features: Expanded catering area, additional rooms on the 1st floor with daylight through glass roof.
Our conference centre can also be used for your event independently of the rest of the exhibition grounds. The conference centre is two-storey, offers 16 rooms and a sufficiently self-sufficient infrastructure with direct access to the trade fair forecourt and car parks.
The location also has a lot to offer in terms of quality of life. Not only in terms of sport, with the Augsburg Panthers (ice hockey) and FC Augsburg (football), Augsburg plays in the top league. Culturally, the Fugger and Mozart city in south-west Bavaria is also at the forefront. The city, which is over 2,000 years old, invites you to discover its UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Augsburg Puppet Theatre, the world-famous Fuggerei, the oldest social housing estate in the world, and magnificent architecture from many centuries. Augsburg attracts over 900,000 overnight stays from tourists every year.

We are your all-rounder in all event formats. We can organise B2B and B2C trade fairs, we have experience in implementing various trade fair concepts on our premises and also have enough imagination to bring your ideas to life on our premises. Our service providers are competent, flexible, fair and creative, just like us they act according to the motto ‘The customer is king’.
By car, public transport, train or plane - Messe Augsburg is easily accessible by all means of transport and is optimally connected to all major transport routes.
We work transparently, there are no hidden costs. We are happy to give our all so that you, the organiser, can put on a lucrative event.
Our halls or the conference centre can be used on their own and have a self-sufficient entrance scenario such as a light-flooded foyer, a wide entrance area with sanitary facilities, a passage hall with a permanently installed cloakroom and catering areas. All halls have access to the outdoor area with beer garden. It is possible for different events to take place on the modular site on the same day without disturbing each other.
