Messe Augsburg provides easy access for all visitors, whether on foot or in a wheelchair. The trade fair grounds and all the halls are accessible at ground level. All the parking places for wheelchair users are also marked on our site plan:
Our trade fair grounds provide a sufficient number of appropriate facilities or toilets. Disabled toilet facilities are available throughout our trade fair grounds:
A total of 18 wide parking places for wheelchair users are available in front of the conference center or very near to Halls 1 (Schwabenhalle) and 7. These parking places are subject to a parking fee applicable at the time of the event. The blue parking permit must be clearly displayed in the car at all times. The severely disabled person's ID card alone will not suffice.
Elevators are located both on the left and right side of the foyer in Hall 1 (Schwabenhalle) to easily reach the floor above. The elevator in the foyer in the conference center also takes you to the next floor to the conference room and panorama room. You can also use the elevator in Hall 3 to access the conference rooms on the floor above and the disabled toilets.
A ramp is located in the foyer of Hall 1 to the left of the stairs to provide disabled access to the slightly lower hall and toilets.
The appropriate baby changing rooms are available on site to enable parents to change their children. These are located:
