From November 21–23, 2025, Messe Augsburg will once again transform into the central meeting point for the vacation rental and short-term rental industry. At SuperStay LIVE, operators, property owners, and service providers from across Germany will gather to discover the latest trends, products, and furnishing solutions for vacation rentals, serviced apartments, and micro-living spaces.
More than 100 exhibitors will showcase their offerings—from leading Property Management Systems (PMS) and channel managers to dynamic pricing tools, furniture concepts, and interior solutions. A special highlight this year: IKEA will participate as an exhibitor for the first time, presenting furnishing ideas specifically tailored to the needs of vacation rentals. In addition to the exhibition, the event program provides substantial value. In the Architecture & Living Networking Lounge, visitors can expect around 20 practical, industry-focused presentations. Brand-new this year are twelve exclusive Masterclasses. In small groups of up to 30 participants, the experts of SuperStay LIVE dive deeper into specialized topics, delivering valuable knowledge ready to be applied directly in attendees’ own businesses.
