SuperStay LIVE has firmly established itself as leading event for the short-term rental and vacation-home industry. This year, around 1,800 visitors came to Messe Augsburg—an increase of roughly 20 percent compared to the previous year.
Across three days, the event delivered strong industry insights, a noticeably more international exhibitor presence, and an all-new highlight format: the Masterclasses. The result was overwhelmingly positive feedback. On the traditionally more expert-driven Friday, but just as much over the weekend, exhibitors reported an exceptionally high level of expertise among attendees. More than 100 exhibitors emphasized the outstanding quality of conversations and contacts.
A major driver of this year’s momentum was the event’s growing international footprint. Exhibitors from the United States, Israel, Croatia, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Austria showcased their solutions in Augsburg—making this the most internationally diverse SuperStay LIVE to date. Many of them highlighted that the trade fair perfectly captures the spirit of today’s globally connected short-term rental ecosystem and has become a true platform for international exchange.
Another recurring theme in exhibitor feedback was the event’s strong sense of community. Networking at SuperStay LIVE isn’t limited to exhibitors and attendees—exhibitors themselves benefit from unusually strong, collaborative interaction. As a result, SuperStay LIVE is more than just a trade fair; it is a collaborative environment where partnerships, solutions, and new business models emerge.
Program highlights also attracted full rooms throughout the event. Every session on the open Architecture & Living Lounge stage was filled to capacity. The new Masterclasses added even more depth: In a dedicated seminar space, groups of 35 participants dove into hands-on, practice-oriented topics—every single session sold out.
“The response to the Masterclasses has exceeded our expectations. We will definitely continue expanding this format,” says Arne Petersen, CEO of App Me GmbH and co-organizer of SuperStay LIVE. “We are delighted and proud to see how professional and diverse our industry has become.”
Lorenz A. Rau, CEO of Messe Augsburg, draws a similarly positive conclusion: “SuperStay LIVE provides a professional platform for a rapidly growing industry. With its third edition, it has secured a firmly established place in Augsburg’s trade fair calendar.”
With this strong momentum, SuperStay LIVE looks confidently to the future—along with the entire industry. In January, the first SuperStay LIVE in northern Germany will take place in Rostock. The next Augsburg edition is scheduled for November 20–22, 2026.
