Netiquette at Messe Augsburg

Messe Augsburg is active on a variety of channels and networks with the company itself and with its own events as well. Some topics stimulate discussion among users; in general, we welcome and promote this kind of discussion. We are always working to expand our services and our offerings in collaboration with you.

In these discussions, we value the right to freedom of expression. However, at the same time, we never want anyone to feel excluded or discriminated against.

This document outlines our netiquette, to ensure this is the case:

Our netiquette

We are glad you have chosen to use our platforms for discussion and for informational purposes.

Please observe the following basic principles:

  • We will not tolerate any form of discrimination against individuals or groups based on their origin, physical characteristics, religious affiliation, sexual identity, gender or for any other reason.
  • We will hide or delete offensive, pornographic, inflammatory, hateful or criminal statements.
  • If a criminal offense is committed, we reserve the right to file a complaint. The same applies to any links included in comments.
  • We also ask that you do not post commercial content, in particular election or party advertising, or calls to participate in petitions or campaigns.
  • If comments are clearly machine-generated (keyword bots), we reserve the right to delete the comments and block the user that posted them.

Messe Augsburg is not responsible for any public posts by users. Only the users themselves are responsible for such posts.
