From November 10 to 12, 2023 the focus at Messe Augsburg will be the renovation, refur-bishment, operation and marketing of vacation rental homes and apartments. The new trade fair platform provides information and discussions around the valorization of vacation rental properties and how to optimize their operation.
Messe Augsburg is organizing the new “SuperStay live” trade fair with its cooperation partner, AppMe GmbH. The event is designed for professionals such as landlords, investors, archi-tects and other interested parties in the vacation real estate sector. An extensive supporting program with lectures, workshops and networking events is also being planned. The reason is that although travel abroad is again possible with the lifting of restrictions, “home” vacations remain popular, not least due to the issues around sustainability. The vacation real estate sector is booming, and Bavaria is by far the largest market in Germany in the demand for pri-vately rented vacation properties. So the time has come for a trade fair that addresses the needs of this sector and the operators and brings together all the professionals who are ac-tive in it.
